EA Officially Unveils 'Star Wars: Squadrons'

All wings report in! The next major video game from EA has been officially revealed, and it appears we're headed back to the stars in an X-Wing... or a Y-Wing, or a U-Wing, or even a TIE Fighter if you choose.

Earlier today Lucasfilm announced "Star Wars: Squadrons" and unveiled official key art for the game which, along with tagline "pilots wanted", seems to imply a focus on Starfighter combat. The art shows a Rebel pilot and a TIE pilot standing back to back surrounded by X-Wings, Y-Wings, A-Wings, TIE Fighters and more. The only other information provided is the tease of an official trailer for Star Wars Squadrons, which is set for release during EA Play Live this Monday, June 15th, at 8:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM ET on the official EA Star Wars YouTube channel.
