Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, Steven Spielberg & Others Tour 'Galaxy's Edge'

By: Benjamin Hart

Hype for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is building as we draw closer the theme park's opening days at Disneyland and Walt Disney World! Later this month the Disneyland edition will be revealed to everyone who was lucky enough to get a reservation. And for a select few VIPs, the park is already open.

Over the weekend Disney CEO Bob Iger tweeted photos of himself with Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy, The Rise Of Skywalker writer & director J.J. Abrams, and legendary director Steven Spielberg inside Galaxy's Edge! The photos show Iger and company exploring the park and posing in front of the massive, life-size Millennium Falcon at the center of the park. Another photo shows the quartet of creators inside the Falcon sitting alongside Imagineer and Galaxy's Edge creator Scott Trowbridge. You can check out Iger's tweet and the photos below:

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is slated to open first at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on May 31st, and then at Disney World in Orlando, Florida on August 29th.
