Naomi Ackie Talks About Her Experience Filming 'Episode IX'

Each new Star Wars films brings us exciting new characters, and the upcoming Star Wars Episode IX which hits theaters this December.  The story remains shrouded in mystery, but we do know who will be playing some of the new roles in the film.  Naomi Ackie is one of those upcoming stars who is getting their big break with Star Wars, and she spoke about the experience of joining the galaxy far, far away, during a recent interview with ODE Entertainment at the Newport Beach Film Festival.  She answered the classic questions about the secrecy surrounding the Star Wars scripts.  She also spoke about what it was like working with the film's stars Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, and Oscar Isaac.

She was also interviewed by HeyUGuys at the same event, where she was asked about the still not revealed, but much speculated upon, title of Episode IX.  Her response, "It will be news to me."  You can see that interview below,

Star Wars Episode IX hit theaters on December 20th, 2019.  The film is directed by JJ Abrams, with a script by Abrams and Chris Terio.  The film stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Kelly Marie Tran, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Keri Russell, Richard E. Grant, Naomi Ackie, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Joonas Suotamo, and Carrie Fisher.
