By: Benjamin Hart

It's finally happening, folks! We now live in a world where a select few have seen Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Earlier tonight the world premiere of The Last Jedi took place in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium and the film was shown to attendees soon after. As soon as the film ended the social media embargo for the film was dropped, which means a flood of reactions have cascaded through twitter over the past few minutes.

So far the general consensus has been overwhelmingly positive. Some reviewers even suggested The Last Jedi could dethrone The Empire Strikes Back as the "best" of the saga. Below we have collected a huge swath of tweets showcasing SPOILER FREE reactions from those that saw the film. If you're interested to hear what people are saying already about The Last Jedi, scroll down...

Everyone will have a chance to review Star Wars: The Last Jedi after it opens in theaters on Friday!
