Report: A New Star Wars Store Is Coming To Disney Springs In Orlando

By: Benjamin Hart

Fans in the market for exclusive Star Wars merchandise from Disney theme Parks will find this announcement exciting. According to a report by WDW Magic, a Star Wars retail store is on its way to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The still unnamed store is reportedly coming to the Disney Springs shopping area in Orlando. It will be replacing the Marketplace Fun Finds store, which is currently closed for refurbishment. When it re-opens, it will be an exclusively Star Wars themed store. Additionally, the Star Wars section inside the Once Upon A Toy store will close on July 31st and will be replaced with another attraction.

For years Tatooine Traders has been a popular shopping destination at Walt Disney World, but its location next to Star Tours inside Hollywood Studios makes it not as easy to get to. It will be nice to have a more accessible store in the ever growing Disney Springs area.
