Huge Slate Of Star Wars Books & Comics Revealed SDCC

Despite not having a big panel for Star Wars: The Last Jedi at this year's San Diego Comic Con, that hasn't stopped a ton of Star Wars news from pouring out of the convention. Yesterday we were treated to the Star Wars publishing panel and the Hasbro panel, both of which featured a number of intriguing announcements.

The publishing panel specifically gave us our first look at a variety of new books and comics based in all areas of the saga, including the reveal of a comic adaptation of the novel "Thrawn". Some even offered exciting first looks at characters, creatures, and ships from The Last Jedi. While you can read our recap of the panel here, StarWars.com has shared a breakdown of all the books and comics that will be coming our way soon. We collected some highlights below.

First off, we get our first glimpse at issue #3 of the "Mace Windu: Jedi Of The Republic" comic, as well as a Forces Of Destiny tie-in book titled "Tales Of Hope & Courage":

Additionally, we also have a number of "Journey To Star Wars: The Last Jedi" books on the way. Included are novels, comics, resource books, young reader books, activity books, and many others. Some of the books even include brand new glimpses at elements from The Last Jedi:
