Report: List of Deleted Scenes on 'The Force Awakens' Blu-ray Revealed

By: Dominic Jones

Yesterday we got the long awaited news that The Force Awakens would be available to own digitally on April 1st and on blu-ray April 5th.  Also announced was the list of bonus features the blu-ray contained, including deleted scenes.  Now, it looks like we may have a list of the deleted scenes on the set.  The JB Hi-Fi listing for the film includes the names of six deleted scenes,

 >Finn And The Villager
 >Jakku Message
 >X-Wings Prepare For Lightspeed
 >Kylo Searches The Falcon
 >Snow Speeder Chase
 >Finn Will Be Fine

This mostly sounds accurate, though I do wonder about some of the scenes we'd heard about prior to the films release that were cut.  None of those listed above seem to obviously be the scene where Leia and Maz speak at the Resistance Base (seen in the second teaser for the film) or the scene involving Leia and Kor Sella (which would have elaborated on the political landscape of the film).  Regardless, the ones that are included sound exciting--especially the "Kylo Searches The Falcon" scene, which we got a glimpse of in the preview.
