Lucasfilm has yet to reveal the names of the main hero characters of Star Wars Rebels, which leaves us to find them out for ourselves through unconventional sources. A few weeks ago the names Ezra Bridger and Zeb were revealed in descriptions for some upcoming Rebels Lego sets. Now we have two more to add to the list. Yakface.com reports that a German site called Toy Palace has revealed a list of titles for some upcoming 31'' Giant & Big size figures from Jakks Pacific, and included were some previously unheard of characters from Rebels:
- Inquisitor
- Kanan
- Ezra
- Green Stormtrooper
Obviously, the new names here are Kanan and the Green Stormtrooper. Recently, Executive Producer Simon Kinberg confirmed that main characters in Rebels will be brand new, Kanan could be one of them. It will also be interesting to find out what exactly a green Stormtrooper is.
Also, a while back our good friend Andy posted this screen capture from a video on his Star Wars Rebels page on Facebook. The description at the top of the photo(where the arrow points to) reads: "Please note: these are pegs that attach the rifle to the back of Kallus's costume..."
Could Kallus also be a main character? We'll just have to wait and see. Remember, nothing is official until Lucasfilm says so. We'll keep you posted on any further developments.
