After yesterday's exciting announcement regarding the sale of Lucasfilm to Disney for 4.05 billion dollars, one of the many questions is: George, what are you going to do with all your money? Well, today we got out answer. A Lucasfilm representative told The Hollywood Reporter that Lucas intended to donate the majority of the money from the Disney sale to charity. As for what charity, it is still unclear, although THR reports that "Lucas plans to quickly put the bulk of the money into a foundation which will primarily focus on educational issues." Lucas has already set up the George Lucas Educational Foundation, so there is a strong possibility the money will go there. Past action of the George Lucas Educational Foundation include a 175 million dollar donation to USC in 2010. This action follows suit with Lucas' 2010 announcement that he would be donating the majority of his wealth towards the betterment of education.

One thing is certain, no one should be calling George Lucas greedy anymore.
