Disney to Buy Hasbro?

After purchasing Lucasfilm last Tuesday, is Disney now setting their sights on toy company Hasbro?  MTV Geek is reporting that "serious discussions are happening at the highest levels of both Disney and Hasbro to fold the largest toy and game company on the planet into the Mouse."  The decision would make sense seeing as Hasbro owns the toy rights to both Marvel and Star Wars (both owned by Disney).  Should Disney purchase Hasbro they would also own the rights to other franchises such as Transformers and G. I. Joe.

UPDATE: It seems this was just a rumor.  The Providence Journal is reporting that Hasbro has no intention of being bought by Disney.  Hasbro analyst David Faber is quoted as saying "absolutely nothing going on that they are aware of at all, in any way, shape or form" regarding the Disney/Hasbro rumors.
