Bradford Young Announced as Cinematographer for Upcoming Han Solo "A Star Wars Story" Film

The upcoming untitled young Han Solo A Star Wars Story film has found its cinematographer.  One of the film's director's Chris Miller took to Twitter today to confirm a report from Variety's Kristopher Tapley that Bradford Young would be cinematographer on the upcoming film.  Young's previous credits include Selma, A Most Violent Year (starring Oscar Isaac), and the upcoming film Arrival.  Miller confirmed the news, tweeting "Very excited".

The young Han Solo A Star Wars Story film stars Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo and is directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller (The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street).  It is slated to begin filming in early 2017 (January or February, according to the directors at Star Wars Celebration)
