Report: 'X-Wing' and 'Tie Fighter' to be Re-Released as Downloads

LucasArts may no longer exist as a game studio, but some their greatest hits are getting a re-release as digital downloads.  Kotaku is reporting that the special editions (slightly higher resolutions) of the space combat games X-Wing and Tie Fighter are being re-released on Good Old Games for $10 each.  Kotaku is speculating they could be available as soon as tomorrow!

It's great to see the LucasArts legacy being kept alive through re-releases of their best stuff.
